Getting started

The basics before you decide whether FCP is right for your venue.

Fun Center Pro is an operations platform built for family entertainment businesses. It keeps bookings, customers, waivers, memberships, communications, payments, reporting, and other day-to-day work connected around the same guest and event.
FCP is built for places like family entertainment centers, indoor play centers, trampoline parks, play cafés, adventure parks, bowling centers, mini golf, arcades, and other experience-based venues.
Absolutely. Book a demo and we’ll walk through FCP around the way your venue actually runs — not give you a generic software tour.

Switching to FCP

Already using another system? You don’t have to start from scratch.

We’ll look at your current system and the data it gives us before planning the move. Migration options vary by provider, but the goal is simple: keep the booking and customer information your team needs and make the change with as little disruption as possible.
Most likely, yes. It depends on what your current provider lets you export and how that data is structured. We’ll review it first instead of pretending every system migrates exactly the same way.
No. You can start with the parts of FCP you need most and expand from there. We’d rather get the important workflows right than make your team change everything at once.

Bookings & guest experience

From the first booking click through arrival and follow-up.

Yes. FCP’s booking flow supports packages, add-ons, live availability, pre-booking questions, and deposits at checkout so customers can get the important stuff done without calling the front desk.
FCP can track abandoned booking leads and run recovery follow-up. Your team can also see those leads, what happened, and whether someone needs a personal follow-up.
Yes. Digital invitations, RSVPs, guest lists, and waiver participation can stay connected to the booking, so your staff has a much clearer picture before the party walks through the door.
Yes. Waiver status is tracked at the participant level. If a parent has two kids on the account and only one is signed, your staff can tell the difference instead of seeing one vague customer-level status.

Running your venue

The everyday questions that matter once your staff starts using FCP.

Yes. FCP supports role-based permissions and location-aware access, so a staff member doesn’t need to see or change the same things an owner or manager can.
Yes. Multi-location management is available based on your plan. Premier includes it, and Pro can support it as an option. Check the Pricing page for the current plan details.
Yes. FCP is built around the work your team actually needs to act on — new inquiries, upcoming events, confirmations, follow-ups, and other items that shouldn’t get buried in a report.
Email communication is built into the platform. Text messaging is also supported for plans and venues where messaging has been activated and configured.

Products & features

More of the guest journey connected to the same customer record.

Yes. FCP includes mobile and kiosk signing, sign-ahead links, participant tracking, parent and guardian support, and front-desk waiver visibility.
Yes. Membership tools cover plans, members, recurring billing support, benefits and discounts, and front-desk recognition so staff can quickly tell who is active.
FCP Intelligence looks at connected venue data to surface useful insights and possible next actions. The goal isn’t to give you another chart to stare at — it’s to help you notice opportunities and decide what to do with them.
That’s a big part of why we built it. Bookings, waivers, customer records, communications, reporting, memberships, and other workflows work better when they share the same context instead of living in separate systems.
06

Pricing & plans

Clear answers about plans, billing, and the things that can cost extra.

FCP has Pro and Premier plans, with monthly and annual billing options. We keep the current prices and plan comparison on the Pricing page so you’re always looking at the latest numbers.
Yes. You don’t have to predict exactly what your venue will need a year from now. Your plan can change as your operation grows or your needs change.
Yes. Annual billing is available for Pro and Premier.
Some capabilities can have usage-based charges. Text messaging is one example. We’ll show those separately from your base plan so you can see what is subscription cost and what depends on actual usage.
