1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all users, businesses, staff members, administrators, API users, and other parties accessing or using Fun Center Pro. It explains the activities and content that are prohibited or restricted when using FunCenterPro.app and the services provided through it.
Violations of this policy may result in suspension or termination of access, as described in Section 20.
2. Lawful Use
Users may not use Fun Center Pro for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity. Users are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to their own business, communications, customer relationships, and use of the platform.
3. Spam and Unsolicited Communications
Users may not use Fun Center Pro to send or facilitate:
- unsolicited bulk email
- unsolicited SMS
- spam
- messages using purchased or unlawfully obtained contact lists
- messaging recipients without appropriate consent where required
- continuing to message recipients after a valid opt-out
- misleading sender identities
Users of Fun Center Pro messaging features must comply with applicable consent and messaging requirements. Additional rules apply under our SMS Terms.
4. Fraud, Deception, and Impersonation
Users may not use Fun Center Pro to engage in or facilitate:
- fraudulent bookings or transactions
- phishing
- impersonating another person or business
- misleading customers
- fake promotions
- deceptive payment requests
- falsifying account or business information
5. Harmful or Abusive Content
Users may not use Fun Center Pro to distribute content that threatens or harasses others, promotes violence, facilitates exploitation, is unlawfully discriminatory, is defamatory where prohibited by law, violates another person's rights, or is intentionally abusive or malicious.
6. Security Abuse
Users may not:
- attempt to access {LEGAL_BRAND_NAME} without authorization
- steal or misuse credentials
- bypass permissions or access controls
- probe or scan for vulnerabilities without authorization
- interfere with authentication mechanisms
- circumvent rate limits
- exploit bugs or misconfigurations
- attempt to access another tenant's data
- bypass location or company boundaries
- defeat security controls
This section is especially important because Fun Center Pro is multi-tenant software. Each business's data must remain isolated from other businesses.
7. Malware and Malicious Code
Users may not use Fun Center Pro to distribute, host, transmit, or facilitate:
- viruses
- ransomware
- worms
- trojans
- malicious scripts
- credential-stealing code
- other harmful software
8. Platform Interference
Users may not engage in activity intended to:
- overload the service
- disrupt availability
- interfere with other customers
- abuse APIs
- generate artificial traffic
- conduct denial-of-service attacks
- intentionally degrade platform performance
9. Data and Privacy Abuse
Users may not:
- collect personal information without proper authority
- upload unlawfully obtained data
- use customer data for unauthorized purposes
- attempt to expose another customer's information
- improperly share sensitive customer information
- circumvent privacy controls
Businesses are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate rights and authority to enter customer information into Fun Center Pro.
10. Payment Abuse
Users may not use Fun Center Pro to facilitate:
- fraudulent payments
- stolen payment credentials
- intentional chargeback abuse
- deceptive payment collection
- payment activity prohibited by applicable processors
Payment processing may also be subject to Stripe, Square, card-network, or other provider rules.
11. Messaging Abuse
Specifically prohibited messaging conduct includes:
- bypassing STOP requests
- manipulating opt-in records
- sending messages outside the scope of consent
- misleading promotional claims
- carrier evasion
- snowshoe messaging
- intentionally rotating numbers or identities to evade filtering
- sending content prohibited by messaging providers or carriers
Fun Center Pro may enforce these rules using the methods described in Section 19, but does not claim to perform every possible enforcement mechanism.
12. Artificial Intelligence Misuse
AI-assisted features may not be used to generate fraud or phishing, impersonate others deceptively, generate unlawful harassment, facilitate unauthorized access, create malicious code, intentionally mislead customers, or automate spam.
Users remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before using it. AI features are designed to assist, not replace, human judgment.
13. Intellectual Property Abuse
Users may not:
- upload content they do not have the right to use
- infringe copyrights
- infringe trademarks
- distribute protected content without authorization
- use {LEGAL_BRAND_NAME} to violate third-party intellectual property rights
14. Scraping, Reverse Engineering, and Automation
Users may not engage in unauthorized:
- scraping
- data harvesting
- reverse engineering where prohibited by law
- automated extraction
- bots designed to abuse the service
- attempts to recreate or clone proprietary functionality
Authorized APIs or integrations may be used according to their applicable documentation and permissions.
15. Account Sharing and Credential Abuse
Users may not:
- share accounts without authorization
- resell credentials
- share credentials in ways that bypass purchased user limits
- use another person's account without permission
Normal authorized staff access through properly created user accounts is permitted and encouraged.
16. Circumventing Plan or Feature Restrictions
Users may not intentionally attempt to bypass:
- user limits
- location limits
- subscription entitlements
- messaging limits
- AI usage limits
- integration restrictions
- access-control rules
Available functionality may depend on the customer's subscription plan.
17. Third-Party Integrations
Use of connected third-party services must comply with their applicable terms and acceptable-use requirements. Examples may include Stripe, Square, Twilio, Smartwaiver, Google services, AI providers, and other connected services.
Not every integration is active for every customer. Available integrations depend on the customer's plan, configuration, and connected accounts.
18. High-Risk or Unauthorized Uses
Fun Center Pro is intended for ordinary business operations of entertainment centers and similar businesses. Users may not repurpose the platform for high-risk, regulated, or unrelated activities where Fun Center Pro has not expressly approved that use and where additional compliance obligations would apply.
19. Monitoring and Enforcement
Fun Center Pro may investigate suspected violations using reasonable methods such as:
- account activity review
- abuse reports
- provider or carrier notifications
- security signals
- complaint information
This does not imply that Fun Center Pro continuously reads all customer communications.
20. Enforcement Actions
Depending on severity, Fun Center Pro may take one or more of the following actions:
- warn the user
- request corrective action
- limit a feature
- suspend messaging
- restrict integrations
- temporarily suspend an account
- terminate access for serious or repeated violations
Immediate action may be taken where necessary to protect customers, recipients, service providers, or platform security. Fun Center Pro will apply proportionate and reasonable measures.

22. Changes to This Policy
Fun Center Pro may update this Acceptable Use Policy periodically. Material revisions will be reflected by updating the Last Updated date. Continued use of Fun Center Pro after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
