Subscription & Billing Policy

Last Updated: September 2, 2026

This policy describes the subscription, billing, payment, renewal and cancellation practices that may apply to paid Fun Center Pro plans.

1. Overview

This Subscription & Billing Policy describes the subscription, billing, payment, renewal, cancellation and related practices that may apply to paid Fun Center Pro plans. It supplements the Fun Center Pro Terms of Service.

2. Subscription Plans

Fun Center Pro may offer different subscription plans with different features, usage limits or entitlements. Plans may vary based on factors such as:

  • Number of locations
  • Number of users
  • Available features
  • Integrations
  • Reporting functionality
  • Messaging usage
  • AI functionality or usage
  • Other platform entitlements

The plans, features and limits available at any given time are those shown in the applicable plan or account interface.

3. Pricing

Applicable pricing will be shown in places such as:

  • During signup
  • On an applicable pricing page
  • During plan selection
  • Inside account or subscription settings

Prices may change from time to time. Where required, reasonable notice may be provided before a change takes effect.

4. Billing Cycle

Subscriptions may be billed on a recurring basis, such as monthly or annually where offered, depending on the selected plan. The applicable billing interval is shown before purchase.

5. Automatic Renewal

Recurring paid subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the applicable renewal date. If a subscription renews, the payment method on file may be charged for the next subscription period at the then-applicable price.

6. Payment Methods

Subscription payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Payment processing is subject to the payment provider's own terms and policies. Payment details are handled by the applicable payment provider.

7. Authorization to Charge

By purchasing a paid subscription, the customer authorizes Fun Center Pro and its applicable payment provider to charge the selected payment method for:

  • Recurring subscription fees
  • Applicable taxes
  • Approved usage charges
  • Approved overage charges
  • Plan upgrades
  • Other disclosed amounts properly incurred under the subscription

Charges are limited to amounts disclosed for the subscription.

8. Usage-Based Features

Some functionality may involve usage-based limits or costs, which may include:

  • SMS/text messaging
  • AI actions
  • Communications usage
  • Additional locations
  • Additional users
  • API usage
  • Other metered platform features

Applicable limits and charges are disclosed within the plan or product before they are charged.

9. Plan Upgrades

Customers may be able to upgrade their plan. An upgrade may:

  • Take effect immediately
  • Result in prorated charges
  • Change feature availability
  • Change usage allowances

The actual price impact of a change is displayed before the customer confirms the change.

10. Plan Downgrades

Downgrades may take effect immediately or at the end of the current billing period, depending on how the applicable subscription is configured. A downgrade may affect:

  • Feature access
  • User limits
  • Location limits
  • Integrations
  • Messaging limits
  • AI functionality
  • Reports
  • Stored configuration associated with features that are no longer available

Where a feature becomes unavailable, related configuration may become inaccessible while the account remains on the lower plan.

11. Free Trials and Promotional Periods

Fun Center Pro may offer trials or promotional periods from time to time. Where a trial or promotional period converts to a paid subscription, the applicable terms and pricing are disclosed before the conversion.

12. Failed Payments

When a payment fails, Fun Center Pro may:

  • Retry the payment
  • Request an updated payment method
  • Provide a grace period
  • Restrict certain functionality
  • Suspend paid service until payment is resolved

13. Past-Due Accounts

Fun Center Pro may suspend or limit service when subscription charges remain unpaid. Where appropriate, reasonable efforts may be made to notify the account and allow the balance to be resolved.

14. Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription using the cancellation method provided by Fun Center Pro. Unless a different rule is disclosed at purchase, cancellation generally stops future renewals rather than reversing charges that have already been incurred.

15. Access After Cancellation

Depending on the subscription configuration, paid functionality may remain available until the end of the current paid billing period. After the paid period ends, functionality may be reduced, disabled or transitioned according to the applicable account configuration.

16. Refunds

Refunds, credits or adjustments may be provided:

  • Where required by law
  • Where expressly stated at the time of purchase
  • At Fun Center Pro's discretion where appropriate

Customers remain responsible for charges properly incurred before cancellation. Where a more specific refund policy applies to a particular plan or purchase, that policy is disclosed at purchase and controls for that transaction.

17. Taxes

Subscription fees may be subject to applicable taxes. Where required, taxes may be calculated and collected in addition to the stated subscription price. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and tax-related information.

18. Messaging Charges

SMS/text messaging functionality may involve:

  • Phone number costs
  • Message usage
  • Carrier fees
  • Registration and compliance costs
  • Other communications-provider fees

Fun Center Pro may include certain messaging usage within a subscription plan or charge for messaging usage separately. Applicable messaging allowances and charges are disclosed in the applicable plan or account interface. See also the SMS Terms.

19. AI Usage

Some plans may include a defined amount of AI-assisted usage. AI usage may include features such as:

  • Content generation
  • Recommended actions
  • Summaries
  • Campaign generation
  • Automated assistance
  • Other AI-powered functionality

Fun Center Pro may establish usage allowances, limits or overage pricing for AI features. Any applicable limit or additional charge is disclosed in the applicable plan or account interface.

20. Third-Party Fees

Customers may separately incur fees from third-party providers they connect to Fun Center Pro, including payment processors and other integrations. Those charges are generally separate from the Fun Center Pro subscription unless expressly stated otherwise.

21. Billing Errors

Customers should review their billing information and report any suspected billing error within a reasonable period after discovering it, so the charge can be reviewed and corrected where appropriate.

22. Account Credits

Fun Center Pro may issue promotional or account credits from time to time. Where issued, credits:

  • May be subject to restrictions
  • May have no cash value
  • May expire where properly disclosed
  • May not be transferable

23. Changes to Pricing or Billing

Fun Center Pro may modify:

  • Subscription pricing
  • Included features
  • Usage allowances
  • Billing structures
  • Overage pricing

Where required, applicable notice will be provided before material changes take effect.

24. Relationship to Venue Customer Payments

Fun Center Pro subscription billing is separate from the payments a venue collects from its own customers for parties, camps, events, deposits, balances or other purchases.

  • The Fun Center Pro subscription is what a business pays to use the platform
  • Payments a venue collects from its own customers are separate transactions between the venue and that customer
  • Refunds, cancellations and disputes for venue transactions are generally governed by the venue's own policies and the applicable payment processor

Nothing in this policy's subscription refund and cancellation provisions applies to a venue's own booking, deposit or event payment policies.

25. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Subscription payment disputes or chargebacks may result in account review or temporary restrictions while the issue is investigated. Where possible, customers are encouraged to raise a billing concern directly so it can be reviewed first.

26. Termination for Nonpayment

Persistent nonpayment may result in suspension or termination of paid services after reasonable attempts to resolve the account where appropriate.

27. Changes to This Policy

This Subscription & Billing Policy may be updated periodically. The Last Updated date above will change when material revisions are made.
